Job Description
  • Working cross-boundaries with other departments and functions to ensure the timely delivery of submission packages in support of NA (EPA and PMRA) registration activities, including new active ingredients, new products, label amendments, Registration Review, etc.
  • Preparation of documentation including cover letters, application forms, data matrices, etc. for inclusion in submission packages to support product registrations.
  • Participation in Regulatory Portfolio teams and activities to support and drive strategic submission planning, preparation, and tracking of regulatory analytics.
  • Ensuring quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement regarding entry and management of information to Regulatory databases (Veeva, Sharepoint, Smartsheet).
  • Works to develop an in-depth knowledge of numerous laws related to pesticide regulation in North America (i.e., US EPA FIFRA and 40CFR).
  • Preparation of written communication (presentations, graphics, spreadsheets and other information).
  • Regulatory and/or scientific data/information searching, integration, and extrapolation.
This person will work in our Greensboro, NC location on a hybrid work schedule.

Qualifications

Required skills
  • Minimum of BS/BA degree, science-based education or experience preferred.
  • Proficient in use of MS Office products including Word, Excel, and Power Point. 
  • Inquisitive and problem solving in nature.
  • Ability to deal with complex data and regulations.
Preferred skills
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat Professional and Smartsheet.
  • Knowledgeable of regulatory terminology, PRIA, EPA & PMRA guidelines concerning study documentation and compliance is helpful.
