Responsibilities

  • Conduct various administrative duties that include, but not limited to; expense reports, personnel rosters, internal reports, , purchase order requests, process invoices.
  • Communicate with internal Acuity departments, vendors, and the client as required to ensure expectations and contract requirements/data quality objectives are being met and project obstacles are identified
  • Prepare project reports and work plans/deliverables in accordance with company, governmental, and client requirements
  • Conduct research and compile data relevant to the needs of the company for project development
  • Review information and prepare draft summary and final reports for presentation to executives, customers, and high-profile clients
  • Conduct data entry into Workday and Costpoint as required
  • Perform administrative or logistical duties as may be assigned by Program Manager
  • Other duties as directed

Job Requirements

  • Associate degree in Office Management or related field from an accredited university or a combination of comparable education and relevant experience
  • CPR certification, preferred - while we accept applicants without, all employees in service of this contract require CPR certification
  • Able to successfully engage with geographically dispersed and diverse teams
  • Strong collaborative and team/relationship-building skills
  • Ability to identify problems, suggest solutions and react to change with a high degree of attention to detail and foresight
  • Interact with the various departments and business units within Janus and Acuity in a professional manner
  • Ability to manage multiple pursuits simultaneously (personnel, budgets, materials, and schedules)
  • Ability to address problems, suggesting/implementing solutions, and reacting to change with a high degree of attention to detail and foresight
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), database, and documentation control systems
  • Ability to work in a challenging fast-paced, team-based environment, including outside normal work hours to include weekends, to meet tight deadlines for both internal company leadership and external clients
  • Must be able to pass a detailed background investigation
  • Must possess a driver's license

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

  • Must have the ability to stand, sit, walk, stoop, kneel, squat, crawl, climb, bend, balance and twist for extended periods.
  • Must have the ability to lift up to 30 pounds on occasion.
  • Able to withstand changing environmental conditions with the weather (rain, lightning, and winds).
  • Must be able to safely maneuver throughout the job site (sports field, construction areas, etc).
