The Industrial Technologies and Services, Americas (ITSA) segment offers a broad range of reciprocating, rotary screw, and centrifugal compressor, vacuum, and blower solutions with sites in North and South America. Key brands include Ingersoll Rand, Gardner Denver, CompAir, NASH, Garo, EMCO Wheaton, and Elmo Rietschle. The Advanced Manufacturing Engineering group leads the development and execution of the manufacturing strategy across all ITSA factories including the technical development, integration and execution of i2v, NPD, and Footprint projects into the manufacturing locations.
Job Summary:
This onsite position will report to the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Leader and work closely with project teams to leverage existing capacity and capability where possible and implement new technology where needed.

Ownership Works Grant: When you have reached your one-year service anniversary with Ingersoll Rand, you will become eligible to receive a grant of restricted stock units ("RSUs") that will equal 10% of your annual base salary in grant date value.
