Primary Purpose of the Position | In order to meet the instructional needs of the Master's in Business Administration (MBA) program, adjunct faculty are an integral part of the curriculum and faculty structure. Without adjunct faculty, the MBA program would not be able to meet the instructional needs of the program. Adjunct faculty positions provide the MBA program with an opportunity to hire experienced business practitioners to assist in meeting the mission, vision, and objectives of the program and they bring their practical experience into the classroom. Adjunct faculty focus principally on excellence in instruction, practical application and engagement. In addition to their instructional responsibilities in the classroom, adjunct faculty provide information on internships and job opportunities, collaborate and develop professional relationships with our students. Adjunct faculty are critical to the implementation of the curriculum, instruction and development of students and success in meeting learning outcomes. |
