| EDUCATION: |
| Bachelors, Required Masters, Preferred Bachelors Degree in Nursing or Physician Assisting required. |
| EXPERIENCE: |
| 1 year, Preferred 1 year of practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant preferred. |
| LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING: |
| REQUIRED BLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider Current PA or NP licensure in the State of NC required. DEA License required. PREFERRED |
