As a Senior Business Development Representative, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for sales growth and expanding our customer base. Leveraging your experience and expertise, you will play a pivotal role in mentoring junior team members and executing strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Strategic Sales Generation: Develop and implement sales generation strategies, optimizing processes to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
  • Customer Needs Assessment: Conduct in-depth discussions with prospective customers to assess their needs and evaluate potential for sales conversion.
  • Sales Presentation Mastery: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations or demonstrations, focusing on product benefits and suitability.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-up.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze customer interactions, sales activities, and lead status in the CRM system to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Leadership Support: Provide guidance and support to junior team members, sharing best practices and contributing to team success.
  • Professional Development: Actively engage in professional development activities to enhance sales skills and stay updated on industry trends.

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Proven track record of success in sales or business development roles.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, adept at optimizing operations and driving efficiencies.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactical sales plans.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
