As Product Marketing Specialist, you will collaborate on and execute robust business strategies targeting key segments and channels to surpass our goals in Electrification Distribution System in Mebane, NC or Northeast US area.

• Establish and track KPIs (e.g., order volume, product mix, sales efficiency, NPS) to align marketing efforts with our strategic objectives.
• Perform detailed market analysis to identify trends, competitive positioning, and opportunities for growth.
• Partner with sales and marketing teams to set and achieve targets, launch products, and initiate marketing campaigns.
• Strengthen relationships with key clients by aligning our products with their requirements, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Act as a bridge between customers and our business unit, promoting new solutions and capturing market feedback.
• Leverage customer feedback and satisfaction surveys to drive continuous product / solutions and service enhancements.
• Availability to travel (50%)

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5-7 years in portfolio management and marketing within a technical domain.
• Expertise in low and medium voltage control, power distribution systems, and related technologies (PLC, SCADA, protective relays, and breakers).
• Outstanding communication skills, fluency in English, and the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
• Demonstrated capability for strategic planning, problem-solving, and understanding market dynamics.
