Kontoor Services, LLC: Sr Analyst, SAP OTC Configuration - Greensboro, NC.

DUTIES:

  • Define and configure of key processes that drive OTC solutions, integration, and processes.
  • Map functional capabilities of IT systems to meet business requirements.
  • Support OTC Lead to identify and plan IT driven growth opportunities, and develop plans for executing supporting initiatives, which may include sustaining, stretch, and breakthrough innovation.
  • Accountable for future IT functional and technical design, configuration and integration of the SAP S4 Fashion OTC and other OTC Solutions.
  • Define and document of processes, WRICEF, Functional Specifications, test plans/scripts, deployment plans and legacy apply changes.
  • Ensure consistent definition and compliance of security.
  • Partner with IT and SI OTC leads and Business Leads to ensure design meets requirements and gaps and/or issues are identified / resolved.
  • Follow Project workplans to implement ERP activities in line with legacy and 3rd Party changes.
  • Participate in key process workshops & issue resolution sessions.
  • Contribute to the future IT solution design, testing, deployment, and change management.
  • Provide updates to reviews of program deliverables and status.
  • Partner with 3rd Parties for EDI, B2B, Legacy changes.
  • Support data cleansing/migration activities.
  • Manage own work and support other team members to achieve budget and schedule.
  • Support issue and weekly progress reporting.
  • Support identification and control of areas of risk, to drive resolution of issues.

*Other duties as assigned within area of responsibility.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, IT or related technical discipline and followed by 8 years of progressively responsible experience in SAP OTC configuration and programming leadership (e.g., SAP OTC Team Lead, Senior Consultant, SAP OTC Analyst, etc.)

  • 8 years of experience with SAP Configuration for SAP OTC including: Customer Service, Customer Master, Pricing, Order Management, Delivery Processing, Logistics/Distribution, Billing, Sales, Sales Reporting Returns, STO, Logistics, Customer EDI and Reporting modules
  • 5 years of Consumer Products industry experience with functional and configuration experience including functional specification of WRICEF including integration points
  • 5 years of experience with in process validation, configuration, development, testing, planning and execution of:
    • SAP S4 Fashion, FMS and/or AFS Configuration
    • Functional specifications (WRICEF)
    • Security design related to order to cash functionality
    • Integration to external partners and other internal systems, including eCommerce, EDI, WMS Solutions and B2B integration
    • Integration test planning and execution
  • At least one full SAP lifecycle implementation, including Blueprint/Blueprint, Build/Test, Go-Live and Support

100% Remote; may be performed from anywhere in the US where Kontoor has a legal entity and up to 20% travel within North America

SALARY: $125,000-$137,000/year
