Position Summary

Under general supervision, perform a variety of semi-skilled manual tasks and duties in support of the project office. This position is required to perform basic repairs including sheetrock, plaster, flooring, acoustical ceiling tiles, cabinetry, etc. using power and hand tools to resolve, patch, or replace parts, components, and/or systems within building facilities.

The position is required to read and understand floor plans and construction documents necessary to construct or erect small to moderately complex project managers and/or supervisors.
Minimum Qualifications

HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENCY; OR DEMONSTRATED POSSESSION OF THE COMPETENCIES NECESSARY TO PERFORM THE WORK. OPTIONAL GUIDELINES: EXPERIENCE IN THE TRADE AREAS RELATED TO THE AREA OF ASSIGNMENT MAY BE SUBSTITUTED ON A YEAR-FOR-YEAR BASIS.
