Skyworks Irvine, CA design center has leading R&D and product development capabilities. We are looking for a Contract Engineering Technician to join the team. Duration of contract - 6 months.
Job Responsibilities
Knowledge and hands on experience with RF test equipment: multi-meter, Spectrum Analyzer, VNA, oscilloscope, signal generators, power meter, power supplies
Knowledge of RF fundamentals: S-parameter, Smith chart, impedance matching, NF, P1dB, IP3
Proficiency in Bench level/trouble shooting electronic equipment
Ability to understand schematics and diagrams
Familiarity with handling RF devices in an ESD environment
Experience with MS-Office, Excel and Windows OS
Excellent communication skills, ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Excellent organizational skills
Preferably with some knowledge with C/C++ or similar
Some experience with Cadence, HFSS, ADS simulations preferred
Associate Degree preferred with 4 + years of related experience
